Casa de Bermeja is a fully modernised, detached Villa that sleeps 8 people. The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (with their own air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, large bright living room with spectacular sea views, an open kitchen with all modern conveniences and overlooking the impressive Sierra Bermeja, a private swimming pool of 7.5 metres long, several (roof) terraces, parking within the grounds and, of course, wifi. The house faces south and offers plenty of privacy.

From the living room, stairs lead to the 1st floor. The hallway gives access to the bedroom, bathroom and roof terrace. Bedroom with double bed (180 x 210) – wardrobe – air conditioning (heating/cooling). Bathroom with: walk-in shower- washbasin -WC- Soap – Large roof terrace with evening sun – wide views of the sea and Sierra Bermeja.

From the living room, stairs lead down to the basement. The bedroom has 1 window – double bed (180 x 210) – wardrobe – own air conditioning (heating/cooling). Room 1 & 2 (of the basement) both have access to the spacious shared bathroom with: bathtub – 2 washbasins – space walk-in shower – WC.

From the living room, stairs lead down to the basement. Room 1 & 2 (of the basement) both have direct access to the shared bathroom with: bathtub – 2 sinks – walk-in shower – WC – daylight with window.

SOUTERRAIN: LAUNDRY ROOM

The basement contains a spacious laundry room with a washer & dryer, meter cupboard, hoovers and cleaning utensils.

Onze familie had een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Carolien. We voelden ons thuis. Dit huis is ronduit prachtig: geweldige smaak, mooie meubels, grote keuken, eetkamer, ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, mooie badkamers en zonnige terrassen. Parkeren was mogelijk op het terrein en de buurt is rustig en mooi. Carolien's communicatie was uitstekend tijdens ons verblijf. De locatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht en is ideaal gelegen: slechts een paar minuten lopen van het zandstrand ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, de gezellige haven en het centrum van Estepona. Dit is een uitstekende keuze voor gezinnen. Wij komen in ieder geval terug!

Het contact met host Carolien was heel prettig; snel reageren, proactief, vriendelijk en persoonlijk. In dit ruime volledig vernieuwde en gemoderniseerde smaakvol ingerichte huis heb je onmiddellijk een thuisgevoel! Het is er schoon en fris. Alles is er, van volledig ingerichte keuken met Nespresso koffieapparaat en een welkomstdrankje in de koelkast tot en met de superfijne, 2.10m (!) lange bedden met Auping matrassen. Het huis ligt op een prima en rustige locatie op loopafstand van Playa del Christo met gezellige strandtentjes. Het sfeervolle centrum van Estepona met de gezellige straatjes en volop restaurants, de boulevard, de haven … alles is in de buurt. Of je nu met z’n tweeën bent, met een gezin of met een vrienden/vriendinnengroepje, dit huis is een absolute aanrader! Hasta la vista!
