The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (with their own air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, large bright living room with spectacular sea views, an open kitchen with all amenities and overlooking the impressive Sierra Bermeja, a private pool of 7.5 metres long, several (roof) terraces, parking within the grounds and of course
wifi. The house faces south and offers plenty of privacy.

The charming Villa Casa de Bermeja is located in Estepona-Andalusia- Spain. The house has recently been fully modernised and has beautiful unobstructed views of the sea, Sierra Bermeja, Gibraltar and Morocco. The house is located in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of Seghers, which is in an excellent location, close to the old centre of Estepona and right by the sea. From Segher, you can easily walk to the famous Playa del Cristo (600 metres), the old town centre (1 km) or the lively marina (700 metres).

Estepona is a beautiful, bustling town located on the Costa Del Sol in Andalusia. Estepona has beautiful sandy beaches, varied cycling and walking paths, a hospital and a picturesque old centre. Estepona is known for its many flowers & plants, beautiful murals, cosy bars, culinary restaurants, attractive shops, vibrant nightlife and friendly people who create a very pleasant atmosphere for an unforgettable stay.

Hoeveel dagen moet je minimaal verblijven?
De huurperiode wordt in de periode van november t/m mei aangegaan voor minimaal 4 dagen. In de periode juni t/m oktober is dit minimaal 1 week.
Waar is de dichtstbijzijnde vliegveld?
Het dichtstbijzijnde vliegveld is Malaga Airport. Dit ligt 50 minuten rijden van Casa de Bermeja
Waar is de dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt?
De dichtsbijzijnde supermarkt is de Carrefour market. Deze ligt ongeveer 700 meter van ons huis. In de Haven zit ook een OpenCor. Deze is 24/7 geopend. Estepona heeft ook een Lidl en een grote Carrefour en nog enkele lokale supermarkten.
Zijn huisdieren welkom in het huis?
Helaas is het niet toegestaan om dieren mee te nemen naar Casa de Bermeja.
REFERENTIES
Het contact met host Carolien was heel prettig; snel reageren, proactief, vriendelijk en persoonlijk. In dit ruime volledig vernieuwde en gemoderniseerde smaakvol ingerichte huis heb je onmiddellijk een thuisgevoel! Het is er schoon en fris. Alles is er, van volledig ingerichte keuken met Nespresso koffieapparaat en een welkomstdrankje in de koelkast tot en met de superfijne, 2.10m (!) lange bedden met Auping matrassen. Het huis ligt op een prima en rustige locatie op loopafstand van Playa del Christo met gezellige strandtentjes. Het sfeervolle centrum van Estepona met de gezellige straatjes en volop restaurants, de boulevard, de haven … alles is in de buurt. Of je nu met z’n tweeën bent, met een gezin of met een vrienden/vriendinnengroepje, dit huis is een absolute aanrader! Hasta la vista!

Onze familie had een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Carolien. We voelden ons thuis. Dit huis is ronduit prachtig: geweldige smaak, mooie meubels, grote keuken, eetkamer, ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, mooie badkamers en zonnige terrassen. Parkeren was mogelijk op het terrein en de buurt is rustig en mooi. Carolien's communicatie was uitstekend tijdens ons verblijf. De locatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht en is ideaal gelegen: slechts een paar minuten lopen van het zandstrand ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, de gezellige haven en het centrum van Estepona. Dit is een uitstekende keuze voor gezinnen. Wij komen in ieder geval terug!
